Which banks do you support?+
Just about any. The AI reads the layout directly rather than relying on a fixed template, so it works across banks in any country — including ones we've never seen. If a statement ever doesn't come through cleanly, send it to us and we'll fix it.
Do you support password-protected PDFs?+
Yes. Many bank e-statements are locked with a password — you enter it when you upload, it's used only to open the file for conversion, and it's never stored.
Is my financial data safe?+
Yes. Your documents are used only to convert them — never used to train AI, and never sold. Uploaded files are automatically deleted within 24 hours of processing, and your converted output is kept (for your re-download) up to 90 days, then deleted.
What can I export?+
Excel and CSV today, plus copy-to-clipboard so you can paste straight into Google Sheets or Excel. JSON export is available on paid plans.
How accurate is it?+
On text-based (digital) PDFs, accuracy is around 99.9% — the figures are read straight from the file. On scans, photos, and images it depends on the quality and clarity of the picture, and the AI can occasionally misread a number. Either way, we recommend giving the output a quick review before you file.
What does it cost?+
10 pages a month are free, no card. Paid plans start at $19/mo for 160 pages with no per-page surprise fees — one monthly number, generous caps, and still far more affordable than other converters. A scanned image counts as one page; a 40-page statement counts as 40. There's also a one-time pay-as-you-go pack ($12 for 100 pages) whose credits don't expire.
Why is SnapStatements so much more affordable than other converters?+
Because we priced it the way it should cost. Modern AI does the heavy lifting that converters used to charge a premium for, and we don't carry an enterprise sales team or the overhead that gets baked into a per-page rate. Our own cost runs about $0.07 a page at volume, up to $0.14 on the entry plan — still below the $0.18–$0.39 most converters charge. We didn't cut the product to hit that price. We cut everything that wasn't the product.
