Try it free first
You can convert pages for free, on your own documents, before you pay anything — so you know it works for your statements before you spend a cent. That free trial is the best protection there is.
If a conversion comes out wrong, we'll fix it
No automated tool is perfect. So instead of a refund for an extraction error, just send it back and we'll re-run or correct the conversion, free — until it's right. You get the data you needed, faster than a refund would get it to you.
Paid credits and plans aren't refundable
Because you can try before you buy, and because we fix any conversion problems for free, all purchases are final. Subscription fees and pay-as-you-go credits aren't refundable, and free monthly pages have no cash value.
Two things we'll always sort out
- Billing mistakes. Charged twice, or charged the wrong amount? Tell us within 14 days and we'll put it right.
- Your legal rights. Nothing here removes any refund rights you have under the consumer law that applies to you.
